5. Orders & Fulfilment
   • Vendors are responsible for processing and dispatching orders within the committed time.
   • Proper packaging must be ensured to avoid damage during transit.
   • Vendors must update order status and tracking details promptly.
6. Returns & Refunds
   • Vendors must accept returns and refunds in accordance with the marketplace Return & Refund Policy.
   • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, vendors are responsible for resolution including replacement or refund.
   • Disputes may be reviewed and resolved by the platform.
7. Payments & Settlements
   • Payments to vendors will be processed after order completion, subject to return/refund timelines.
   • Settlement cycles (weekly/bi-weekly) will be communicated separately.
   • The platform reserves the right to hold payments in case of disputes, fraud, or policy violations.
8. Vendor Conduct
   • Vendors must maintain professional behaviour with customers.
   • Misleading information, fake orders, or manipulation of ratings/reviews is strictly prohibited.
   • Any abuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
   • Vendors must ensure that they have the right to sell listed products.
   • Use of copyrighted images, brand names, or trademarks without authorisation is prohibited.
   • Vendors will be liable for any infringement claims.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
    The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts in cases of:
    • Policy violations
    • Fraudulent activities
    • Repeated customer complaints
    • Legal non-compliance
11. Limitation of Liability
    FIXTIME CART BUZZ PRIVATE LIMITED acts as an intermediary platform and shall not be liable for vendor actions, product quality, or disputes beyond facilitating resolution.
12. Governing Law
    This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be New Delhi, India.
